Nakhal Fort - Oman
This is the larger fort in the Middle East. Located in Al Batinah Region of the sultanate of Oman. Known to be one of the most spectacular forts in the world, spectacularly perched on a rocky prominence of the Western Hajar. Nakhal is famous for its mineral-laden hot springs that flow year round from clefts in the mountain rock.
